- 2 teaspoons organic vanilla powder

- 80-100 g raw organic unsweetened dark chocolate – the higher the cocoa content, the better
Is cocoa good for the skin?
Cacao beans are packed with phytochemicals and flavonoids – the antioxidants that protect our cells from damage caused by free radicals. Antioxidants help the skin protect itself against free radicals and counteract skin aging.
The ORAC value for cocoa is 55,653 per 100 grams. That is more than 10 times higher than the ORAC value for blueberries. ORAC - Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity is a value that measures the amount of antioxidants per 100 grams of food in dried or ground form. The higher the ORAC value, the better.
Keep in mind that these test results are based on pure cocoa. So choose chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa - the darker, the healthier!
Can peanuts prevent hair loss?
Peanuts contain high levels of folate, a B vitamin that is necessary for hair growth. Folate deficiency can lead to hair loss and thinning hair. Peanuts are also a great source of magnesium, which is also beneficial for hair health.
THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT
Lay out parchment paper in a baking pan.
Combine the collagen powder , dates, peanut butter and vanilla in a food processor and process for 2-4 minutes or until the mixture becomes a smooth batter. Transfer to a large bowl, add the puffed rice and peanuts and toss. Press the batter using the back of a spoon, over the baking paper. Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and place over a pan of simmering water (the bowl should not touch the water) and stir until melted. Pour the chocolate over the batter that you pressed out, and spread evenly. Chill for 20-30 minutes or until set. Then take out all the solid batter and cut into pieces with a hot knife. Store the pieces in the fridge!
