THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED
Base:
- 3 dl organic oatmeal
- 1 dl organic cocoa
- 1 dl organic roasted peanuts
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 6 organic dates
- 2 tbsp organic coconut fat, liquid
- 1 tablespoon organic maple syrup
Filling:
- 6 scoops of collagen powder
- 2 ripe organic bananas
- 1.1 dl dissolved organic peanut butter
- 4 tbsp organic coconut fat, melted
- 1 tablespoon organic maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon organic coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Toppings:
- 1.1 dl organic cocoa
- 5 tbsp organic coconut fat, liquid
- 5 tbsp organic maple syrup
- Sea salt to top with
THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT
Cover a baking pan/form with parchment paper.
Mix oatmeal, cocoa, peanuts and salt in a food processor and blend. Add dates, coconut fat and maple syrup. Mix all ingredients to a smooth batter. Press the entire mixture into the mold and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Now make the filling by mixing all the ingredients in a mixer with the collagen powder , until it becomes a smooth batter. Pour over the part that has been in the refrigerator for 1 hour, and leave for another 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Now make the chocolate topping by mixing cocoa, coconut fat and maple syrup in a heatproof bowl. Place the bowl over a pan of boiling water and stir until it becomes a smooth batter. Then spread the chocolate topping on the refrigerated part of the mold. Put the whole mold in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Cut into 16 pieces and sprinkle some sea salt on top! Can be stored in the fridge for about 1 week.
